He is survived by: his wife Lorie; his daughters, Tracy Adams and Sara Nobles (Ronald); his grandchildren, Matthew Adams, Kevin Adams, Shawn Miller (Vanessa) and Madison Wozniak; his great grandchild Savannah Wozniak; his sisters, Dianne Willey (Levin), Cindy Miller and Pam Cusick; his half-siblings, Sandy Taylor and Ross Hubbard; and his pets, Miss Honey, Cali Ann and Brandi Rose.
