He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lester Horne and Ruth Horne (Parker); and his brother-in-law Nelson Hall. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Kiger; his children, Ronald L. Horne II (Leslie), Meredith Burton (Lionel), Doug Kiger and Monica Kiger; his sisters, LeDelhia Hall and Tammy Horne (Chris Surma); and his nieces and nephews, James Hall (Chrystal), Brandon Hall and Lindsey Hall.
