He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Laws of Roan Mountain, TN and Phyllis Street Bowman of Elizabethton. He is survived by: his significant other Robert Handschumacher; his sisters, Lori Laws Livingston of Watauga, TN and Lisa Laws of Johnson City, TN; and his aunt Brenda Street Williams. He is also survived by four nephews; one niece; four great-nephews; one great-niece; and several relatives.
