She was predeceased by: her father William M. Williams; her husband Fred C. Stout; and her sons, Darrell Stout, McKinnley F. Stout and Dayton Stout.
She is survived by: her children, Shelby Mottern of Elizabethton, Charlotte Caudill of Elizabethton and Ron Stout of Elizabethton. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
