She is survived by : her daughters, Angie Birchfield (Rick) and Terri McNeal (Charlie); her grandchildren, Adam Birchfield (Nichole), Derrick Birchfield, Kersti Birchfield (Jamie), Travis McNeal (Brandy) and Nick McNeal (Karisha); her great grandchildren, Sydney Crook (Jacob), Dylan Birchfield, Jasmine Birchfield, Adrianne Birchfield, Liam Birchfield, Sawyer Birchfield, Raevyn Birchfield, Levi McNeal, Owen McNeal, Wyatt McNeal and Hunter McNeal; her great great grandchild Laurel Jade Crook; her siblings, William Hughes of North Carolina, Gladys Johnson (Jerry) of North Carolina, Linda Campbell (Jack) of North Carolina, Donnie Hughes (Sherlene) of North Carolina, Ricky Hughes (Patsy) of Roan Mountain, Johnny Hughes II of Roan Mountain, Sandy Guinn (Eddie) and Hampton; and her nephews, Jamie and Johnny Hughes.
