She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Phipps and Lena Babb Phipps; her daughter Sandra Dugger; and her siblings, Alan Phipps, Joe Phipps (Rene), Johnny Phipps (Debbie), Loretta Tester and Betty Wood.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Rebecca; her son-in-law Leonard Dugger; her nephew Harris; and her niece Ruby.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 12:30 Saturday prior to the service .Flowers or donations to a favorite charity are welcome; or perform a random act of kindness for someone in need.
