He is survived by: his parents, Frank Ira Stout and Debbie Stout (Hester); his stepmother Janie Stout; his children, Riley Stout, Malachi Stout and Alexis Preslor (Lou); his stepchildren, Skylar, Lydia Oliver and Bentley Cline; his siblings, Frank Stout (Angie), Billy Stout (Heather), Jack Stout (Shenandoah) and Holly Stout; and his half-sister Brittany Price (Eddie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
