He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Janie, Mack Miller, Dave Birchfield, Andy, Ruth Grindstaff and Patty Chambers.

He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Grindstaff Pruett and Jesse Miller; his stepmother Martha; his brother Josh Miller; his grandparents, Luther, Janice Grindstaff, Connie Birchfield, Graylon Grindstaff and Lula Birchfield; and his uncles, Jeff Taylor, Eddie Grindstaff, John Grindstaff and Jason Berry. He is also survived by several cousins, great aunts, and great uncles.
