He is survived by: his brother Wade Campbell (Viki) of Elizabethton; his nephew Jeremy McNeal (Brittany) of Fall Branch; and his nieces, Cheyenne Gibson (Austin) of Elizabethton, Stephani Shouse (David) of Elizabethton, Staci Peters (Jason) of Elizabethton, Kristi Zimmerman of Elizabethton and Keri Howell (Colby) of Elizabethton.
