He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Nave and Thelma Snavely Nave; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Bunton, Herbert Glover (Marie) and Harmon Glover (Wilma).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Nave; his children, Stephen Craig (Amy) of Stuart, Florida and Christy Blackman (Lew) of Carrollton, GA; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Reuillon (Nico) of Stuart, Bethany Blackman of Carrollton, GA, Madeline Blackman of Carrollton, GA and Thomas Blackman of Carrollton, GA; and his sisters, Joyce Savage (Charles) of Elizabethton and Alice Bunton of Elizabethton. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and other extended family.
