It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Waldon Oaks of Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Oaks and Selma Smith Oaks; his wife Rosalee Oaks (Grindstaff) of Elizabethton; his children, Ryan Oaks (Sarah) of Elizabethton and Amanda Little (Mike) of Elizabethton; and his grandchildren, Destiny Little, Nathaniel Oaks, TJ Little, Emily Little, Nicole Oaks, Mackinze Oaks, Sean Clawson, Makenzie Presnell, Camdan Eckland and Oliver Frazier.
