She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Hardin and Gayla Graves Oxendine. She is survived by: her sister Jody Shipley (Laura); her stepfather Maurice K. Graves, Jr.; and her niece Zoe Shipley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, 202 Meadowview Parkway, Suite 100, Kingsport, Tenn. 37660 in honor and memory of her mother Gayla Graves.
