She is survived by: her children, Brenda Blair, Larry Blair (Melanie), Tommy Blair (Nancy) and Jerry Blair (Ruth Ann Haynes); her grandchildren, Dustin Baker, Corey Smith, Connor Smith (Ashley Coon), Anthony Blair, Kevin Blair, Brian Blair and Tesha Blair; her great grandchild Kaylee Knittel; her son-in-law David Baker; her caregivers, Grace, Penny and Cieara; her close friends, Greg, Thelma, Peggy Swanson, Mabel Irwin, April Matherly, Sally Matherly, Diane Cable, Amiee Lester, Dean, Mary Ritchie, Jamey Baird, Dallas Cook, Jeff Woods and Trudy Mick; and her sister-in-law Joann Ann Vines.
