He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dugger and Blanche Finney Dugger; his wife Norma Ruth Irick Dugger; his son Steve Dugger; and his siblings, Ed Dugger, Louella Jones, Earl Dugger, Lloyd Dugger, Ray Dugger, Lee Dugger and Homer Dugger.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn Dugger (Greta) and Sherry Ayers (Steve); his daughter-in-law Ginger Dugger; his grandchildren, Bethany Dugger, Nathan Dugger, Emily Dugger, Makia Tenner, Ian Dugger (Alyssa), Austin Ayers and Eli Ayers; his great grandchildren, Desmond Ford and Jaydon Johnson; and his sisters, Betty Jo Montgomery and Peggy Brown. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
