Wayne Peters Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 7, 2024, at the age of 84, Wayne Peters (Elizabethton, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Wayne may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Peters and Lola Garland Peters. He is survived by: his wife Nora Peters (White); his children, Kelly Jones (Tony) of Elizabethton and Kevin Peters of Elizabethton; his siblings, Zayne Peters (Vickie) of Kingston, TN, Sandra Taylor (Lemmie) of Elizabethton and John White; and his close friend Evan Peters. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
