She was predeceased by: her parents, Hunter Perry and Bonnie Horton; and her daughter Lana Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Woodard, Teresa Davis (Frank) and Jack Jacobs (Laura); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Freeman, Christian, Lindsey, Isabella, Joshua and Joey; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Cohen, Shaelyn, Wessing, Hunter and Emma; and her sister Janet Winn.
