He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Ruth Church Fraley; his wife Barbara Powell Fraley; and his brother Bobby Scalf. He is survived by: his children, Michael Fraley (Brenda Nave), Brian Fraley (Lindsey Estep Fair) and Mary Ann Reed; his granddaughter Alyia Reed; his brother Jim Scalf; his half-siblings, Scotty Scalf, Delaney Scalf (Pam), Robin Johnson (Vance) and Drema West (Thomas); and his close friends, Rebecca Brookshire and Wendy Perry.
