He is survived by: his grandchildren, Heather Chick, Craig Chick Jr. and Nicole Chick; his great grandchild Nicholas Chick; his sister Shirley Spayd; his nieces and nephews, Patty Ferrea, Lynda Verano (Rick), Penni Wolfe Replogle, Susan Smith (Woody), Carol Carr, Donald Gratton and Michael Ferrea; and his sister-in-law Kathy Gratton Kozak.
