He is survived by: his siblings, Loraine "Dooney" Cummings (Steve), Millie Taylor and Oscar Osborne; his sons, Robert Osborne and Randy Shell; and his granddaughter Amanda. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces.
