With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Williane Ramsey of Elizabethton, Tennessee, born in Andalusia, Alabama, who passed away on May 23, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Law and Nelda Harper Law; her husband Robert White Ramsey; her brother Kostas Law; and her daughter Teresa Gouge.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Owens of Johnson City, Bobby Ramsey (Cathy) of Loudon, TN and Carol Jones (David) of Johnson City; her grandchildren, Alyssa Owens, Claire Owens, Mary Ramsey, Sara Ramsey, Ashlee Perdue (Justin), Robert Bayless, Noah Ramsey, Joseph Ramsey and Benjamin Ramsey; her great grandchild Laurel Perdue; her son-in-law Tony Gouge; and her children, Stanley Byerley and Billie Byerley.
