We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2022, at the age of 81, Wilma J Oliver (Elizabethton, Tennessee), born in Hampton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Monte Hill and Kathryn Ingram Hill; her husband Frank; and her sister Shirley Jean Hill Pearson. She is survived by: her children, Montie Oliver Lowe and Frank Oliver, Jr. (Allison); her grandchildren, Zackery Lowe (April), Cody Lowe (Erin), Taylor, Jake and Peyton Oliver; her great grandchildren, Harlee, Tysen, Decklan and Brooklyn Lowe; her sister Barbara Hill Kimbrel (Jim); her siblings-in-law, Charles Pearson and Betty Oliver Pritchard (Don); and her great-nephew Jameson Kimbrel.
