He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Seymour; his children, Karen Lynn Franklin (Brent), Bethany Justina Atha (Michael), Robert Ryan Seymour, William Steuart Seymour (Marla) and Joshua Nathan Seymour; his grandchildren, William Braedon Seymour, Julia Grace Seymour, William Joseph Franklin, Ryan James Franklin and Mason Ashburn Franklin; and his sister Kathleen Doris Frain (Lewis).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 W College St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
