He is survived by: his girlfriend Ruby; his daughter-in-law Sheila Swafford; his grandson James Caleb Swafford (Ashley); his stepson Mike Boone; his great grandchild Grayson Caleb Swafford; his grandchildren, Megan, Nicole and Jason; and his nephew Wayne McKinney.
