She is survived by: her sons, Dylan Crumbley, Dwayne Crumbley, Josh Smith and Alex Ruiz; her grandchildren, Erica Crumbley, Katelynn Crumbley, Traicee Crumbley, Diamond Crumbley, Letha Crumbley, Emmy Crumbley, Colten Trivallian and Dylan Crumbley Jr.; her siblings, Claude, Adkins, Rhonda Beal, Charity Hankins, Crystal Hankins and Jodi Hankins; and her nieces and nephews, Shaina Morgan, Brandon Beal, Tyler Beal, Dakota Randolph, Ryan Crumbley, Michael Crumbley and Arya Adkins. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
