She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Ammons; her parents, Benjamin Daugherty and Ida Daugherty; her daughter-in-law June Ammons; and her siblings, Zelmar Daugherty, Walter Daugherty, Sterling Daugherty, Carson Daugherty, Larson Daugherty and Ora Lee Daugherty.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale (Anna Ammons) and Ben Ammons; her grandchildren, Melissa (Jason Bryson), Ben Jr. (Tonya Ammons) and Julie Randolph; her great grandchildren, Josh (Mallory McInturff), Rachel (Jackson Guy) and John Bryson (Emily Millsaps); and her great great grandchildren, Parker Ann McInturff and Sutton Mae McInturff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Liberty Hill Cemetery (111 Co Rd 469, Englewood, TN 37329).
