She was predeceased by: her daughters, Kimberly Zulka and Valarie Willey. She is survived by: her husband C. A. Johnson; and her sister Dewanda Stickle. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
