She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Timmerman and Ruby Jewell Timmerman; her children, Larry, Martha, Jerry and Karyn; her former husband James William "Jim" Price II; her children, Elizabeth Ann and James William Price III (Beth); her grandchildren, Meghan, Chad, Grace and Will (James William Price IV); her son Jeff; her grandson Jack; her siblings, Larry, Jerry and Karen; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Shelby, Carson and Nathan.
As part of her final wishes, Martha requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Moms in Prayer International, to continue supporting the ministry that meant so much to her.
