She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Duncan and Evelene Bivens Duncan; her husband Charles Edward "Eddie" Baxter; and her brothers, Henry Duncan and Ralph Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Oliver (Jason), Shelia Baxter Willis, Buford Baxter and Zendall Baxter (Melanie); and her siblings, Flora Cook (B. J.), Gerelean "Gerri" Presley, Josephine Carroll (Tom), Roscoe Duncan (Katie), Roger Duncan (Alice), Marvin Duncan (Jane) and Kenneth Duncan (Connie). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
