She is survived by: her husband Dewey; her children, Dana Humphrey (Hershel) and Donna Ballew (Randy); her grandsons, Jacob King (Elizabeth) and Josh King (Molly); her sisters, Glenda Samples (Ronny) and Anna Mae Rucks; and her friend Ricky Hayes.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society to support continued research in the fight against cancer.
