He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Derrick; his daughters, Kelly (Michael Stephens) and Kristin (Lee McCormack); his grandchildren, Jakob McCormack, Ashlynn Stephens, Kameryn Morgan (William), Mattie Stephens and Jaxon McCormack; his mother-in-law Betty Blair; Roger, Janice Masingale, Steve and Kay Blair.
