She was predeceased by: her father Clayton Markwell; and her stepfather Ronald Porter. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Porter; her husband Danny Dodson; her stepdaughters, Michelle (Rodney) and Allison; and her siblings, Carrie Smolen (Danny), Keith Markwell, Steven Porter (Merri), Cheri Stramecky (Christopher), Cristi Phillips (Lee), Derek Porter (Debbie), Ronda Gregorius (Christopher) and Brandi Cawley (Robert). She is also survived by seven nieces and ten nephews.
