He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Doty and Ellen Doty; and his siblings, Ronnie Doty, Ray Doty, Fred Doty and Marsha Doty Christianson.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Doty; and his sisters, Carla Doty Cohen, Marissa Doty Baker and Sandy Doty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
