She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Black and Ruth Robinson Black; her husband Franklin Earl "Speedy" Lowe; her daughter Carolyn Anne Doyle; her daughter-in-law Connie Floyd Lowe; and her granddaughter Tammy Lee Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Lowe (Carol), Danny Lowe, Sue Hudson (Dell), Gary Lowe (Kathy), Randy Lowe (Joy) and Ricky Lowe (Denise). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
