He was predeceased by: his father Clyde; his grandfather E. E. Johnson; his wife Betty; his mother Mildred; and his siblings, Ruth, David, Donald and Edward.
He is survived by: his children, David (Sharon) and Ruth (Jim); his grandchildren, Regina, Andrew, Deanna and Bill; his great grandchildren, Blake, Rylee, Lily and Arthur; and his siblings, Jim and Mary.
