He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Ambrose of Erwin; his children, Kendall Ambrose of Erwin and Joey Ambrose of Erwin; his sister Dorothy Yoakam of Ohio; his nieces, Brenda Nelson of Erwin and Angela Cloyd; his sister Marie; his brother-in-law Nomey Mattos; and his close friends, Ronnie Webb and Larry Garland.
