He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Wilson Lemmon; his daughters, Jessica Duncan (Terry) of Erwin and Katie Tipton (Jason) of Erwin; his grandsons, Blake Duncan and Trent Tipton; his siblings, Ira Lemmon (Debbie) of Unicoi and Becky Thompson (David) of Jonesborough; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Hensley and Linda Banks (Bobby). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
