He was predeceased by : his father Robert Ernest Duncan; and his stepsister Pam Effler. He is survived by : his mother Mildred Duncan (Cantrell); his siblings, Scott Duncan (Robin), Mack Duncan, Jerry Duncan (Charlotte), Keith Duncan (Angel), Johnny Duncan, Randy Duncan, Connie Carter (Kim) and Sheila Jones (Kevin); his niece Ashleigh Duncan; his great-niece Keeleigh Duncan; and his close friends, Tommy Turner, Mark Peterson, Gary Peterson and Keith Harris. He is also survived by friends and cousins.
