He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bailey and Betty Hardin Bailey; and his brother Brian Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Lucas Bailey, Zoey Bailey and Brian Hughes; his sister Kathy Hensley (Mike) of Unicoi; his nieces and nephews, Heather Stanford, Justin Bennett (Kendall), Paige Williams (Brad) and Adam Hensley; and his pet Colt.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:50 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery Columbarium (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
