With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Darlene Tate of Erwin, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Darlene left this world on August 6, 2025 at the age of 58, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Byrd and Ethel Robinette Byrd; her brothers, Dennis Byrd and Russell Byrd; and her brother-in-law Travis Holloway.
She is survived by: her children, Brandy Glass (Jason) and Paul Green (Krissy); her grandchildren, Cody, Christopher, Jason, Tasha, Orien and Colin; her son Jasper; and her siblings, Gail Holloway, Terry Byrd (Jeannie), Ronnie Byrd (Sandra) and Richard Byrd. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Unicoi Church of God (508 Tennessee St, Unicoi, TN 37692).
