She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Banner and Inez Banner (Foster); her husband Dallas Dean Miller; and her siblings, Melvin Banner, Gail Banner, Sonny Banner, Norma Jean Hensley, Motelle Brotherton, Marie Edwards and Katherine Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Cooper (Larry), Diana Cousins (Larry), Rick Miller (Angie) and Michael Miller (Joanna); her grandchildren, Julie Bennett (Seth), Jessica Cousins, Brittany Wills (Justin), Miranda Miller, Christian Miller (Kendra), Megan Johnson (Matthew) and Michael Miller; and her great grandchildren, Katie Bennett, Oliver Bennett, Braiden Wills, Bryston Wills, Brentley Wills, Travis Miller, Conley Miller, Harrison Miller and Merlin Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (1085 N Main Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
