He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Edwards and Ada Edwards (Price); his wife Biddie "Louise" Gouge Edwards; his siblings, Blanche Foster, Stella Kaywood, Dewitt, Arthur Jr., Estell and Dennis Edwards; his son Francis; and his granddaughter Carrie Leann Kegley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Lorraine Thomas (Richard) and Sharon Marie Kegley (John); his grandchildren, Sara Nicole Williams (Josh), Bryan Percell (Chance), Brandon Percell (Jaimie), Austin Kegley and Angel Kegley (Mason); his great grandchildren, Aubree Hensley, Caden Harmon, Roxanne, Jolee and Lennon Percell; his siblings, Della Chandler, Gail Nichols, Clyde Edwards and Dewey Edwards (Janet); his niece Bev Carman; and his friend Betty Metcalf (Alan Garland).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (1085 N Main Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
