He is survived by: his wife Patricia Swinehart; his sons, John Swinehart (Tiffany) and Matt Swinehart (Shelley); his grandchildren, Lucas Swinehart, Caleb Swinehart, Jack Swinehart and John-Matthew Swinehart; his goddaughter Jerica Fore Horne; his brother Randy Swinehart (Tessa); his sister-in-law Susie Swinehart; Ward and Susan Fore. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
