We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023, at the age of 66, JoAnne Irene Bailey of Erwin, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pendleton and Mildred Spangle Pendleton. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Bailey; her children, Christopher "Chris" Addington of Gray and Pamela Addington of Kingsport; her grandsons, Jordan Clark and Gage Steffey; and her brothers, David Bowen (Sherry) and Jim Bowen (Wanda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
