Higgins; daughter: Regina Cornett (Shane); grandchildren: Richard "Richie" Farmer (Krystina) and Ella Shay Cornett; great-granddaughter: Ny'Ari Kior Farmer; sisters: Claudine Crain and Becky Hensley; brothers: Maurice Higgins, Tim Higgins (Penney), Curtis Higgins (Glenda), and Haskell Higgins; parents: Claude and Eulala Higgins; parents-in-law: J C and Dixie Lee Bryant; brothers- and sisters-in-law: Jeff Bryant (Linda), Randy Bryant, and Marcella Bryant (Dale); other: Dr. Charles Miller, Reverend Danny Hughes, Wayne Sawyer, Donald Edwards, Marvetta Banks, Cameron Higgins, Logan Higgins, Thad Higgins, and Dale Kittle; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends, and brothers and sisters in Christ.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (1085 N Main Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
