Penny leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Penny’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She is survived by: her parents, Johnny Glover and Judy Glover; her sisters, Melissa "Sissy" Honeycutt and Kristin Glover; and her nieces, Brooke Arnold (Lexi) and Kenzie Bailey (Zack).

In lieu of flowers, Penny has requested that donations be made to any animal shelter or the Carter County Car Club.
