He is survived by: his daughter Regina Mosley of Unicoi; his grandchildren, Courtney Harper (Caleb) and Matt Mosley (Faith); his siblings, Ivan Rice, Brenda Bennett (Jerry) and Mary Sue Mashburn (Phillip); and his sisters-in-law, Pauline Rice, Eva Bowman (James) and Linda Edwards (Guy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Robert Ledford Funeral Home and Chapel (720 Ohio Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
