She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Wright and Edith Wright; her husband Carl Roark Jr.; and her siblings, Elsie Wilson, Bobby and Jerry Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Mullins (Georgeanne), Debera Price, Sharon Widener (David Harless) and Sabrina Sparks (Lee); and her grandchildren, Bryan Mullins, Robert Price, Courtney Spicer, Melanie Widener and Alexis Tallent. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital in memory of Shirley.
