She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Doyle Higgins; her children, Johnny, Scottie and Mark; her siblings, Merl Hampton and Patricia Ann Hampton Norton; her children, Toney D Higgins, Tina Higgins Mullins, Kitt Higgins (Shelley) and Scotty Higgins; and her grandchildren, Josh Higgins, Jessie Higgins, Ashton Higgins-Peake, Gidien Higgins, Cody Higgins, Danielle Higgins, Will Mullins, Courtney Mullins, Jody Mullins, Tara Higgins-Jackson, Chelsea Higgins-Byrd, Alex Higgins (AJ) and Chloe Higgins.
