It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Therese Ann Slayton of Erwin, Tennessee, who passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Claussen and Josephene Claussen; her brother Bud; and her former husband Larry. She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her children, Krista Gaudry (Justin), Kendra Protsman (Mark), Larry Protsman Jr., Mark Protsman (Amanda), John Protsman (Sunny) and Brian Protsman (Mimi); her grandchildren, Heaven, Allysa, Elliana, Brady and Olivia; her siblings, Joalle Dhine and Jack Claussen; and her caregiver April. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
