She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewey Hicks and Anna Mae West Hicks; her husband Wade Allen "Junior" Kegley; her siblings, George Dewey (Hicks, Jr.), Quentin Hicks, Robert Franklin Hicks, Jim Hicks, Jeri Howard and Barbara Stevens; and her in-laws, Irene Willis (Regis), Anna Jackson (Cecil), Elizabeth Renfro (Carl), Beatrice Whitson, Marie Deyton (Charles), Mogene Estep (Roy), Harold Kegley, Thero Kegley (Emma), Lee Kegley (Pearl) and Earl Kegley (Mildred).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandi Milam (Matson) of Johnson City, Becky Gentry (Randy) of Telford, Jo Cole (Benny) of Erwin and Willow; her grandchildren, Joseph Wade (Kylie), Miranda Davis (Chad), Shaina Caldwell (Jason), Ian Gentry and Andy Cole (Emily Tapp); her great grandchildren, Logan Milam, Cory Hill, Aubrie Caldwell, Alex Caldwell (Becca Stout), Charley Gentry, Luc Wade and Mason Wade; her great great grandchildren, Kyndal Hill, Londyn Hill, Evelyn Caldwell and Ryker Caldwell; and her siblings-in-law, Erlinda Hicks and John Stevens. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
